Who we are
Memorial Slideshow Maker ("we", "us") operates memorialslideshowmaker.com. You can reach us at support@memorialslideshowmaker.com. By using the website or buying a tribute pass you agree to these terms.
Using the service
Memorial Slideshow Maker lets you arrange photos, text and music into a slideshow video in your browser. You can make and preview a slideshow for free and download a 720p preview with a watermark. A tribute pass unlocks a 1080p download without a watermark.
Your content
You keep all rights to the photos, music and text you use. Because your content stays on your device, you are responsible for keeping your own copies. Only use photos and music you have the right to use, and respect the wishes of the family. Do not use the service to create content that is unlawful, harassing or that impersonates someone in a misleading way.
Music
Many songs are protected by copyright. Playing music at a private funeral or memorial is often handled by the venue or falls under personal use, but sharing a video publicly online may require permission from the rights holder. You are responsible for the music you add.
Payments and our reseller
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Waffo Pancake, which is the Merchant of Record for all orders. Waffo provides customer service inquiries about payments, calculates and collects any applicable sales tax or VAT, and handles returns and payment disputes. Your purchase is also subject to Waffo's buyer terms, which are shown at checkout.

The video is a digital product delivered immediately in your browser after the pass is applied. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location.
Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy: unused passes can be refunded within 14 days, and if an unlocked video did not work for the service we will fix it or refund you.
Tribute passes
- A pass is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
- One pass unlocks one memorial project. After unlocking, you can edit and download that project again during the same browser session at no extra cost.
- Unused passes do not expire.
- Prices are shown in US dollars before checkout.
Browser requirements
Videos are created on your device. Chrome or Edge on a computer works best. Please check the free preview before buying a pass.
Availability and liability
We work hard to keep the service reliable, but it is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or for content that breaks these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where your local consumer law gives you additional rights.
